Warren L. Conway


Warren L. Conway is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in various areas of law who prides himself in meticulous preparation and providing his clients with the best representation possible. His legal career began in 1985 as an associate of Stamps & Stamps Attorneys. With an unceasing desire to protect the rights of the common man against the giant insurance companies and big business interests, Warren began private practice in 1986 where he remains today. Currently as a principal in Conway & Associates, PC, Warren's practice areas include but are not limited to cases involving accidental death and or dismemberment, automobile and 18-wheeler accidents, premises liability, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and social security disability.

Warren was a previous partner in the firms of Conway & Martin, P.C.; Conway, Dunn-Cooper & Martin; and Conway & Dunn-Cooper. Although he has maintained a private practice for the majority of his career, Warren has also held governmental positions including: Assistant City Prosecutor for Long Beach, MS; City Prosecutor for Pass Christian, MS; and Harrison County Contract Public Defender. As a Public Defender, Attorney Conway defended indigent citizens charged with various crimes ranging from petty larceny to capital murder and through his participation in numerous trials, he gained a vast degree of trial experience.

A proud native of Gulfport, Mississippi, Warren earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Mississippi College in 1982 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law in 1985. Attorney Conway is a proud active and former member of numerous organizations, including the National Bar Association; American Bar Association; Magnolia Bar Association (President, 1998-1999); Mississippi Bar Association; Omega Psi Phi; Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club-Forest Heights Unit; Past Exalted Ruler Pride of Gulf Elks Lodge; Gulfport Branch of NAACP; Masons; and Union Baptist Church.

Monica M. McNeely

Monica M. McNeely is an attorney who is committed to her clients and her work. As an Associate at Conway & Associates, P.C., Monica’s primary practice areas are Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation. She also practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense. Before joining the firm, Monica worked as a Corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Real Estate attorney for K&L Gates, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Monica is currently licensed to practice in Mississippi and Pennsylvania. Additionally, she is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

In addition to her legal career, Monica was previously employed as a Grant Writer & Resource Development Manager for a local nonprofit, through which she received training from NeighborWorks America in various areas including Nonprofit Management & Leadership. In February 2019, Monica became a nationally certified grant writer through the American Grant Writer’s Association.

Monica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University in 2005 and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 2008. While attending law school, Monica was as a member and Senior Articles Editor of the Howard Law Journal.
